These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the website anthonyciravolo.com and any purchase or commission made through it.

By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Products & services

The website offers:

  • original watercolor artworks,

  • limited edition prints (if applicable),

  • bespoke commissions,

  • artistic services related to illustration or cartography.

Each artwork is described as accurately as possible.
Due to the handmade nature of original artworks, slight variations in color, texture or detail may occur.

3. Prices

All prices are indicated in euros (€) unless stated otherwise.

Prices may change at any time but will not affect orders already confirmed.

Shipping costs, taxes and customs duties (if applicable) are not included unless explicitly stated.

4. Orders

An order is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully received.

For commissions, the order is confirmed after written agreement on:

  • scope of the project,

  • format,

  • price,

  • estimated timeline.

The artist reserves the right to refuse any order that is incomplete, unclear or incompatible with artistic practice.

5. Payment

Accepted payment methods are indicated on the website (credit card, PayPal or other secure payment systems).

Payments must be made in full before:

  • shipment of artworks,

  • start of commissioned work.

6. Delivery

Delivery terms are detailed on the Delivery & Returns page.

All artworks are carefully packaged.
The artist cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

7. Returns & refunds

Return and refund conditions are detailed on the Delivery & Returns page.

In summary:

  • original artworks are non-refundable except in case of damage during transport,

  • commissions are non-refundable once work has started,

  • prints may be returned under specific conditions.

8. Intellectual property

All artworks, images, texts and content displayed on this website remain the exclusive intellectual property of Anthony Ciravolo.

The purchase of an artwork does not grant any reproduction, distribution or commercial rights.
Any use beyond private display requires prior written authorization.

9. Liability

The artist shall not be held liable for:

  • indirect damages,

  • loss of data,

  • misuse of the website.

The website content is provided for informational purposes only.

10. Personal data

Personal data collected through orders or contact forms is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations (GDPR).
