All artworks are shipped using reliable carriers with tracking.
Large or fragile artworks may require specific packaging and handling.
Processing time

Original artworks: shipped within 5–10 business days after order confirmation

Prints (if applicable): shipped within 5–7 business days
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated according to:

Shipping fees are indicated before final order confirmation or provided upon request.
Returns & Refunds
Original artworks
Due to the unique nature of original artworks, returns are not accepted, except in the event of damage during transport.
If your artwork arrives damaged:

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery,

include clear photos of the damaged artwork and packaging.
A solution will be offered (refund or replacement where possible).
Prints (if applicable)
Prints may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Commissions
Custom commissions are non-refundable once the creative process has started, as they are created specifically for you.
Customs & taxes
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes or local fees may apply.
These costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the artwork price.
